Revisions To This AUP
Iota reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this AUP, our TOS, and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner without prior notification to our users.
Disclosure To Law Enforcement: The AUP specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, the user agrees that Iota may disclose any and all subscriber information including IP address, historic use of service, etc, to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the user.
Access To Service: Access to this service is a privilege, not a right. Iota reserves the right to ban any user or IP address at any time for any reason.
Removal of Content: Iota reserves the right to permanently delete any content on our service at any time for any reason.
Storage of Records: Iota may log your IP address and a timestamp and store it along with every file upload. Iota's web server daemon may keep similar logs of access to content through public URLs. Iota may retain this information indefinitely or for as long as Iota deems appropriate.
Availability of the Service: Iota makes no guarantees and provides no warranties regarding the availability of the Iota service. At any time, Iota may experience outages or may permanently close down all operations without prior notification or consent from our users. The availability of your content is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Indemnification: Iota wishes to emphasize that in agreeing to the Iota AUP and TOS, the user indemnifies Iota for any violation of the AUP and TOS that results in loss to Iota or bringing of any claim against Iota by any third party.
